Thank you for getting in touch, and I apologize for the inconvenience. After reviewing your account, it appears that you did not apply for our Educational license. Instead, you have the community edition with an 8-day pro gift. Let me provide you with a summary of your account activity: You created your account on 08/14/2024 and received a 3-day Pro gift as part of our new sign-up promotion, which expired on 08/17/24. Subsequently, you participated in our personalized questionnaires program on 08/21/24 and were granted 5 days’ worth of pro access, which expired on 08/26/24.
