Hi guys
The file I was working on no longer opens. The viewport and interface appears and then closes after 5 seconds. It’s a very large file. Would deleting the F2 folder be a solution?

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Could you share a bit more detail about what happened before the file stopped opening? You mentioned that the viewport appears and then closes after about 5 seconds—did you see any error prompt before it shuts down?
Also, please try opening a new file or a very simple model. This will help us check if the issue is specific to that large project or if it affects all files. And what version of D5 you’re currently using? Thanks.
empty files opens normally, as another projects aswell. I was just inserting new character onto the scene when it closed. My d5 is the lastest update 2.11.1.
There was no error screen, is just opens the file, i see the viewport for some seconds, and it closes

ive opened a older version of the file, and even updatin the files after deleting the f2 folder, show character with this icon ( im logged as pro user). it only happens with characters placed with custon paths
