Can't download Assets and Models

Just experience it today. I can’t download any of the assets and models. I’m using a pro version.

Please help.



Hi, my friends and I have this problem. it just kept showing these blank icons on the assets. It would be nice if we could get help with this since finals are near and we need the renders

have you received any update with the issue???

It seems to be associated with the internet connection, i tried changing where i connected and it immediately showed the assets with no problems. I tried changing it back to the former, and the assets went missing. I hope this works for you as well.

Unfortunately, this happens in some regions,
I have to use a VPN to get to work with my license, otherwise I will have the same issue.

Maybe some deeper investigation by D5 team would be nice

I apologize for the inconvenience. May I know which region you are in? And your internet provider? We are currently facing the issue of CDN node failure for the PH Region and are contacting the service provider to handle it. If you are not from the PH Region, please let me know. Thank you.

We are currently contacting Globe and PLDT regarding this issue; we have already run some tests through my end since I’m also experiencing the same problem and from the same region. For now, I am using a ProtonVPN so I can access the Asset Library, you can use any VPN at your disposal (your preference). Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

do you have detailed instruction to follow so i can switch to protonVPN? I really need to submit several renders asap…
