Just experience it today. I can’t download any of the assets and models. I’m using a pro version.

have you received any update with the issue???
It seems to be associated with the internet connection, i tried changing where i connected and it immediately showed the assets with no problems. I tried changing it back to the former, and the assets went missing. I hope this works for you as well.

Unfortunately, this happens in some regions,
I have to use a VPN to get to work with my license, otherwise I will have the same issue.
Maybe some deeper investigation by D5 team would be nice

We are currently contacting Globe and PLDT regarding this issue; we have already run some tests through my end since I’m also experiencing the same problem and from the same region. For now, I am using a ProtonVPN so I can access the Asset Library, you can use any VPN at your disposal (your preference). Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
