the same thing happens with AI enhancer. It simply gives no output(loads for a few seconds and then stops) everything related to studio isnt working. Please help
I’ve tried everything I could including resetting firewall settings, changing connections, reinstalling D5 for many times. Checking drivers and so on. My laptop works flawlessly , it’s new. The only problem is that I can’t use presets and AI enhancer and as I found out, it’s probably a problem on the side of D5 in terms of inbound connection, I just can’t find where the problem is. Disabling antivirus (Microsoft defender) doesn’t help either. I don’t use proxy as well
Upon investigation, found one interesting thing. In the support tool, I see a DNS address there (in my old laptop) but not on the new one, there’s just nothing on that place on the new one. Maybe it’s about DNS?
