Welcome to D5 forum, and apologies for the inconvenience caused. What D5 version you are currently using? What SU version you are currently using? Does this event happen suddenly? Does it happen to one specific file or all of the files? Have you tried uninstalling the LiveSync, restarting the PC, and reinstalling the LiveSync plugin again?

you can try to delete the file “D5liveSync.conf” under the below path and restart Sketchup: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp\Plugins\su_to_d5render
