Need urgent help here!!!
I am working in a sketchup file inside D5 Render
after the last sync, I am not able to access the material edition panels after selecting parts of the model.
Also the sync button is greyed out or disabled
Do you know how can I fix that?
Hi, is the model far away from the origin point in sketchup? This may be the main reason for the problem.
Second, if you use material picker(shortcut: i) to select the material, can it work?
At last, if the model is synced with the plugin, then we need to keep using the plugin to sync it. The Reload button for them will be greyed out, because it can cause problems when mix using that two functions.
Besides, this may help if you need to revert the file to previous versions:
