Can someone help me with setting up a simple room to display my own light fittings

I am new to D5 render although I have used Sketchup for 20 years. I need help setting up a simple empty room with basic lighting effects so I can display my own lights that I design and manufacture. I cannot understand how to insert basic lights to light up the walls and ceiling that will not be visible when I render my fittings. For direct conversation my email address is goodwingavin@gmail.com
Thanks

Hi, Welcome to the Forum, I’m a colleague, to understand how the YouTube site works
where you can find the tutorial for D5, and speaking of lights, not even 2 weeks ago D5 put on the site how to light up a room.

Then if you have to display your things as an exhibition, you know that you have to build not a room but a wall with curved corners both on the ground and at the top. Then place the lights, as in the video, the rectangular ones on the four sides from the central point where the object is positioned.
And so you have your beautiful room lit, I think you know how to adjust the lighting, if you don’t know there are many videos.
Good work

Hi there, in addition to what @riccardofortelli suggested you might want to check out the playlist curated by our team D5 Tutorial Playlist which is perfect for new users and the User Manual Lights. Thank you~
