Basicly, I have spot light on top and there are nothing below the light but my camera has a shadow where I move it. Every camera has this problem. I render all the scenes panaromic and all renders has this weird shadow. What is the problem?
Hi, sorry if you put the image of the light you put
No, I just put the light itself on d5 spot light. No other mass or model I put in the model. Abolutely there is nothing above.
All the scenes I have exact same issue. Insane!
Its like d5 detects camera as a sphere mass and drops shadow wherever I go. I change position and look down, boom there is shadow below. Exactly under the camera position. Is this a update issue or am I doing smt wrong?
Hi @erhanuyysal, sorry for your issue.
Did the problem occur just after upgraded to 2.6? Does it appear in all scenes or specific scene file?
Did you hide some model in this scene?
It looks like the lighting and the model are resurfacing. (Most likely a point light)
You can drag a nearby light source a section away in the direction away from the wall and see the result.
If the problem persists, please let me know.
I followed your suggestions nothing changes
Redesigning the lights so I can maybe fix it. This time I m only adding lights in D5. Seems like no problem so far
The light and the model aren’t resurfacing? If it’s convenient, can you send the scene file (The entire folder where the .drs file is located) and your model to me or to support@d5techs.com with this post link? We will check it for you. Thanks in advance.
During redesigning I found the problem. Went me crazy… Every light somehow I moved all of them 5mm above for no reason. So 5mm part of the light cone is above the ceiling line. But I didn’t know lights still work despite there is an obstacle in front of it. Thanks for helping anyway
hi mate,It feels like the surface light source has opened the mask angle.
Thanks for your update. If you have problems in the future, please feel free let us know. Have a nice day.
