I’m using D5 sync with Blender and I notice that some materials from de 3D model are not showing in the render. I’ve tried different things (exporting the model in a new D5 file,baking it, re-sync it multiple times, re-importing again to the d5 file, separate the materials in different objects, changing materials colours and names) and still not working. Can you help me fix it to work properly?
Hi, sorry for any inconvenience caused. Does your model have many groups? If there are a lot of groups embedded in each other it can cause problems like this, you can try ungrouping them and syncing them again to see if the materials will work.
