Blender Displacement Issue

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else come across this issue before?
On the left is a flat plane from Blender, with D5 Default Material with Displacement map applied. On the right is a flat plane from SketchUp, identical material, and correct display. I have tried this with a Blender plane, one with thickness, one with UV’s applied, and one with Turbosmoothed Geo (400,000 polys). The result is the same. Oddly, if the plane from Blender is placed horizontally, not vertically, displacement materials seem to work fine.

Any thoughts?

Hi, could you send the blend file and the D5 scene file to support@d5techs.com?
I am not sure whether you export the file in .fbx, or used D5 Converter to import the model, and I guess something’s wrong with the UV, so we may need the file for further troubleshooting.
