So, screen always is black. I upload my screen
If you hover your mouse over the D5 icon on the lower side, can you see the image displayed in the small window? Does your D5 appear to have a black border? If so, this may be a bug, and the recommended method is to completely reinstall D5, which requires you to uninstall the original D5, delete all the D5 folders on your C drive, and reinstall.

no, in the lower side that’s black? I uninstalled the D5 and installed again. But same issue continue
Have you reinstalled after deleting the contents in your C drive I mentioned?
