please help me to correct this D5 issue : I’m a pro user and I get this issue on all my projects this morning.
When trying to enhance an image this morning I got an error meessage “the studio is full” ans afetr D5 asked me to log…
I just had to reconnect and it recognised me as a pro, so I’m back to normal.
i also have that sometimes that i am not logged in. just need to log in and all is good

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. If the watermark appears on pro assets, please check if you are currently using a pro account and if you are logged in. If you are not logged in to your pro account, please log in and the watermarks will disappear.
Regarding this pop-up error “the studio is full”, PRO accounts currently support 10G of preset file storage and support the use of D5 Curated Presets. You can check your studio space usage, if this is not the cause of the problem, it would be great if you could show us a video or screenshot about this problem. Any update will be appreciated.
