Autosave file problem

There have been several issues with D5.
The program suddenly froze, stopped working, and closed automatically.
After restarting, I only had a much earlier saved version on the disk.
How can I find the autosave files? (set to, for example, every 7 minutes).

Hi @arch.pxl

You can access it by going to Recent Tabs > Right-click on the project file > View History Version
version history

Regarding the crash you have experienced, can you confirm whether this occurs in all of your other files as well? Or is it file-specific?

If the problem only exists with the current project or some of the scene files, it is likely that the file is too heavy and is taking up too much video memory, exceeding the load of your current device, and you need to lighten and optimize your file. When used without proper organization by layers or groups, these assets could increase VRAM / GPU consumption,n leading to crashes and error prompts

Can you share the following screenshots?

Hi,
below you can find screeshots:

Hi @arch.pxl

Thanks for sending these screenshots. Aside from these, can you confirm whether you have found your Auto Save files in Recent Tabs?

Hi @arch.pxl

Did you open your D5 Render File while opening the Task Manager to check VRAM Percentage?

I may also need your answer to my questions above, such as:

  • Regarding the crash you have experienced, can you confirm whether this occurs in all of your other files as well? Or is it file-specific?

If it is evident to all of your files and the crash occurs abruptly after opening the file, then it might be best to modify your Memory Speed from 5600 MT/s to 4000 MT/s
