Assets DONT SHOW

I have another issue, the assets library is empty don’t know why.

And another thing is that I cant log in in the program.

Does this problem happen recently or the first time you open D5? Did you turn on any network settings or VPN now? If yes please turn them off.

Did you try to reboot the router or switch a network for your computer (you can test by using wifi or a hotspot)?

Please turn off Windows Defender or antivirus software which may prevent you from connecting to our server. If you are using a company network, please contact your IP department.

If the problem still persists, please send the logs and scenes to us for troubleshooting.
