does anyone have similliar problem that i have
my d5 assets material icon didnt show up preview image and when im downloading it, it just loading all the way
i already turn off my firewall and still cant go online
i try many method by uninstall the whole thing and re installing again, still didnt works
i try to login my friends pro account and still didnt works at all
pls help me since im new here im really confuse with this prob
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, it seems a network issue. Please make sure the version of D5 Render is 191.0296 first.
If you turn on VPN or proxy settings, maybe you could try turning off them then see the result.
At last, if possible, you could switch to another network then open D5 Render again?
