Asset updating error : Not enough space

Hello everyone,

This is the error

a quick description: I recently reinstall my windows and also sketchup and D5 (2.8)
Now I want to work on a project which I was working on.

First of all, the process of reloading the model is very confusing as I get the window which asks if I want to resync or create a new etc. which I am not sure which is correct and absolutly do not know what should I click on!
This is a fully modeled file worked on Sketchup and D5 which I want to make some edits.

Anyway I clicked on resync model and click on file.SKP in the list and now this is what it looks like(assets not loaded)

why this is so confusing what should we do in such cases. It should be simple opening file and loading the model(files are in the same path as they were on Dropbox)

Now I am stuck middle of nowhere. Do not know what to do to reach the deadline in time.

this is what I have done :

sync local project> selecting the D5 file
for the first time it asked if I want to load the skp file(or sth like that)
but now it even does not ask so I can try different options.
It directly opens the unloaded asset scene and this comes up:

and when I wait nothing happens, when I click update all then the “not enough space” which I mentioned in previous post comes up.

I have enough space and my dropbox is also linked and working fine.

so I tried to manually replace assets one by one!!

and this error pops up:

which I am sure I have access to the folder. I even tried copying and removing some random files in the relative folder to be sure there is no restrictions
I also tried running D5 as administerator and same error happend.

update: Also copied the whole D5 folder to desktop and tried from there and same “Space” and “restricion” issue is happening !! cannot load any assets!

OMG !

some simple issue was the problem

this folder was leading to a not existing path.
I edited the path and all good now.

I guess this topic could be deleted
sorry.
