Asset Not downloading

Hey Team, I am facing an issue from last month
trying to reach D5 team but no response
I can’t download Assets as it is downloading repeatedly but unable to use it.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

Region: Pakistan
It is happening after upgrading it to 2.4 I already sent my log files to team so many times.
