D5 in 2.6.x shows only Failed to fetch data, with no assets available for use.
D5 in 2.4. shows all assets, but most of them can not be assigned or used.
Obviously this makes D5 an unusable product and begging for customer service in a forum is not exactly usable customer support. Please reach out to me with solutions to both of these problems.
The asset library can be touchy with certain network settings. If you’ve already checked your internet, try logging out and back in, or check if your workspace path is still mapped correctly in Preferences. If it’s still acting up, the D5 support guys will probably need your log files to see what’s blocking the connection.
