It doesn’t open D5 (with version 2.4) from Archicad 26; it doesn’t even appear; it tells me to open it manually, but not even that.
I again downloaded the plugin for Archicad, which says it works for 26 but doesn’t. I would appreciate your support.
Hi mate, sorry to hear that you ran into the problem. It sounds like a bug.
If you open D5 Render directly from the Desktop, (double click on its icon), will it open successfully?
If the problem persists, please run the D5 Support tool and send a log file to support@d5techs.com.
