Dear D5 users, while D5 Team is out of office from May 1st to May 5th, there might be a delay in customer/technical support responses.

We will check all the feedback and problems after we come back to work on May 6th.

If you need tech support, please start a new topic in D5 Forum - Get Help. We will look into these and reply to you in 48 hours.

*The topic should clearly describe the issue and include the hardware information, video driver version(you can find them by clicking on the version number on D5 Render welcome page, please upload them with the issue screenshot as well.

If you’re having archive problems, please recover the file from the auto-saved file history.
For other questions, searching on D5 Forum and D5 Help Center might help you find the answer.

When posting on D5 Forum, please make sure to clearly describe the issue, including the hardware information, video driver version, and screenshots.
