Animation question on pausing/writing

Question for you…coming from Lumion, I have been able to pause my animation and bring my laptop from the office to home office. I understand that you cant pause a D5 animation, at this time. So, my question is, is there anything that would stop me from letting the laptop run while driving home? Does D5 incrementally write the MP4 animation or does that happen at the completion? Is there any requirement for internet connectivity to do animations/renderings?

Hi mate, you need to connect to the internet during the rendering due to security issues, sometimes it can work without the internet, If the rendering time is long it may not work. Anyways, I still recommend you connect to the internet to make sure the rendering can finish without a problem.
