I created a videoclip with several camerashots. But i want the clip without animated characters. So i halted the animation for every person (for some in a specifiv position)
if i preview the clip again now a second time, SOME of the characters are moving IN the clip preview
how can i stop this without making the whole clip again or using the realtime option in the display menu (because of specific poses for some characters)
Hi @ek1 ! If I understand you right, you stop the animation, then create the video clips, and finally return to the preview mode, and you want the characters to remain still, right? In the current version, if you stop the animation, then go to the video clips and then return to the preview, the animation begins again. You can set the speed as zero.
i made the clip first, then wanted to stop the animation.
btw not all animated characters behave equally. some stopped moving in preview but are running when leaving video mode (even when i halted them before switchin to video mode)
setting speed to zero stopped the animation but did not help with the specific pose. but i can set the range setting to the specific value for the wanted pose.
but all in all it’s a bit confusing. what is the animation slider with the “play” and “pause”-button for if you have to control it with speed and range?
Thanks for your feedback. For the current version, when you pause the animation, it will start again when you leave the video mode. I will tell this to the dev team and check if they can optimize this feature.
This project is so beautiful and is also the best example of enhanced Video Animation Services for random viewers. I really appreciate this type of project because it needs clear concentration and effort.
