For now, this feature is only applicable for light models (Spot Light, Rec Light, Linear light, etc.), we have yet to support keyframes for emissive materials 
even light not able to animate, let me know any tutorial is there

As for the light assets, you can add keyframes to prompt these lights to turn on or off in specific parts of the video. Video Link: How to render a video clip? | User Manual
- Select the Light Asset while in Video Mode
- Click the KeyFrame Icon
- Choose whether to enable or disable this light in this specific frame.
Thanks but this will not solve my Text Glow animation
