[AMD RX 7700 XT] D5 Render se cierra ni bien inivio un nuevo proyecto

Hola,
Tengo un problema con D5 Render: el programa se cierra automáticamente apenas termina de cargar. Lo había utilizado anteriormente sin inconvenientes, pero ahora no puedo abrirlo en absoluto.

Ya intenté reiniciar la computadora, y también la desinstalé y volví a instalar D5 Render, pero el error persiste.
Me pasa tambien con archivos vacios, ni bien quiero iniciar un nuevo proyecto
Agradecería si pudiera ayudarme a solucionarlo.

Datos del equipo:

• Sistema operativo: Windows 11 Pro (versión 25H2, compilación 26020.7019)
• Procesador: Intel Core i7-12700F (12.ª generación, 2,10 GHz)
• Memoria RAM: 32 GB (3200 MHz)
• Tarjeta gráfica: AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT (12 GB VRAM)
• Almacenamiento: SSD de 932 GB (685 GB usados)
• Tipo de sistema: 64 bits, procesador basado en x64
• Versión de renderizado D5: V 2.11.1

Thanks for providing the complete information.

• Since you mentioned that you were able to use D5 Render before, can you recall when this issue started? Is it perhaps after a D5 Update? Windows Update? Or Driver Update? Please confirm.
• How about your D5 Render Version? Are you currently in 2.11.1.0620? With the version that worked before, can you recall which version?
• Try to do a clean reinstallation of your drivers.
• If it is possible to update your BIOS, then I suggest doing it so
• Try to disable GPU Hardware Scheduling.

We currently have an issue with AMD Drivers Version 25.10.1, can you confirm if this is the current version you’re running?

If you’re running that Driver Version, please do the following:
Solution:

1. First, close D5, then delete the files in the following two directories. If you can’t delete certain files, simply click “Skip.”

   • %AppData%\Local\AMD\DxcCache
   • %AppData%\Local\AMD\DxCache

2. Roll back the driver:

si, tengo la version 2.11.1.0620
ya desahabilite la programacion de hardware de la gpu pero sigue cerrandoce ni bien lo inicio

Intente borrar los archivos de la carpeta DxcCache y no desaparecen del explorador
y ademas ya instale los controlaores y actualice drivers
