We have been using d5 since August 2025. We have faced this particular issue multiple times in different files and projects. Randomly the materials from d5 render vanish and they all turn to white while they maintain the properties such as the specular roughness etc. Sometimes even after we open the file the next day after no one has worked on it - the materials vanish. We have found even when we turn the livesync off, the materials still vanish. We use rhino 7 and we constantly keep d5 updated as the updates come.
Please let us know as we lose a lot of time in putting all the materials once again into the model and many times it looks different than it looked initially.

Were you saving all project and model files locally? Or are you saving on cloud or network drives?
Are there any extra processes on your end with Rhino before importing to D5?
Have you tried disabling LiveSync and manually importing your Rhino models into D5?
Are all textures and materials properly linked or embedded in the project?
Have you tested this on a simple file? Does it happen with all files or just specific ones?
