Ai로 만든 모델들을 사용할수가 없어요

**Issue Description:**한달넘게 3d 제작 ai크래딧을 지급 안해주고 있는데

지금은 예전에 만들었던 모델들도 사용못하게 막아놓은건가요?

ai크래딧을 안주더라도 기존에 만들어진 모델들은 사용할수 있게 해줘야하는거 아닌가요?

그리고 ai크래딧에 관련한 내용으로 계속 메일을 보냈는데 왜 답장을 안해주는건지 이해를 할수가 없어요

다른 궁금한사항은 늦어도 2일~3일안에 답장을 줬는데 ai 크래딧 관련한 내용만 답장을 안해주네요.

We haven’t blocked any AI Models that you have generated.

• Please check if you’re able to use AI Enhancer normally and if thumbnails are normal on your end (AI Enhancer)
• Try to sync your local and server time
  
  

I’ve also checked for any emails from your email address, but we haven’t received any recent requests to grant credits. So we’re not sure where you are sending these emails since we typically reply in a day or two.

• Your last AI Credits application was last March 2026; you’ve requested twice, and it was approved.
• Aren’t you able to click “Apply for a free trial”?

Please clarify.
