hello , i am a pro user i have a question concerning the use of AI tools , i used all the 10 credit points the first time , i filled a request to get more the second time in march where i have got 50 points , i am nearly out of my points again , i want to ask if i can get more points again like should i fill a request again , and if so i want to ask is there any case where my request will be refused

We have not had any reason to deny users’ applications for Credit Points. However, please note that the approval process typically takes a few days to a few weeks.

Could you please share your email address so we can check on our end?

Hi @haizenyy

You may request again once you have used up the 50 points that was credited to you last February 2026. Let me know if you have requested already so I can check.
