I’m using the new d5 lite (beta) feature on my model. The render generation works fine, but it failed to download. I’ve tried every method like syncing the internet time, changing networks, whitelist d5 AI IP address, saving to different folders, and it still showing the same error.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Since the render generation works but the download fails, could you please help confirm the following:
- Whether you have any antivirus protection or encryption software that may be blocking the download.
- Your network conditions. You may try using the network testing tool I’ve sent privately and run the test several times to check for stability.
