Hello D5 Team,
I’m currently having trouble with the AI rendering feature in D5 Render. When I click to generate an image using AI (post-production or similar), the system gets permanently stuck at “Waiting”, and the image is never generated—even after several minutes of waiting.
Here is everything I’ve tried already:
- Using a Pro account (active and logged in correctly)
- GPU NVIDIA 4070 Ti properly configured and detected by D5
- Tested with simple and empty scenes, not just complex ones
- Verified internet connection: 305 Mbps download / 157 Mbps upload
- Tried two networks, including mobile hotspot (no VPN)
- Confirmed time synchronization with
time.windows.com
