Hi team - well done on the new 2.9 release with its fantastic new features.
Please help my overall experience with Ai processing is very slow and almost to a point of no response. I have to use other Ai site to upload my D5 work and it is soo much faster. Prome Ai , Freepik and KREA.
See attach snapshot. It looks like it is stuck in the small preview window? It is only a 2K image
Would love to use this function in D5 more but to slow at the moment. Hopefully there is a way to remove this bug?
Hi @WB5 Apologies for this issue. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection while using the Ai Enhancer. I’ll suggest restarting your router to see if it performs better.
Please share a screenshot of the network conditions using the support tool. The support tool is located in D5 installation directory.
Hi @WB5 Could you please let me know your region and current network provider? You’re welcome to share these details privately.
Additionally, if you’re on a company network, firewall or antivirus settings might be impacting your access to the AI Enhancer. I recommend temporarily disabling these settings and, if possible, trying a different network, perhaps a mobile hotspot to see if that improves the experience.
You can also turn on the Proxy setting from OFF TO ON to see if there’s any improvement
