Hi, I am a Pro user and only had 5 credits for the Ai model generator. I read that Pro users have unlimited credits and free users only 5 credits.

In the latest version (D5 Render 3.0), you should receive 10 AI Model Generator credits by default.

Yes—by default, you are provided with 10 AI credits.
Each time you use an AI Model Generation feature, it consumes credit. Once all 10 credits are used, you will be prompted to apply for additional credits. Please note that the application is subject to review, and once approved, additional credits will be issued to your account.
If you run out of credits again in the future, you may submit another application following the same process.

Same here, only 5 credits were given.
Yes, this is a known issue and a bug. Our team is already aware of it and is working on a fix. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
In the meantime, if you run out of AI credits, the system will prompt you with an option similar to the screenshot shown, where you can apply for additional credits.

I have d5 pro, but i have only 10 credits for ai features, there is a way i can get more? thank you 
i bought d5 pro thinkinh that i would be able to generate model from images but it only give you 10 credit that much i use in one project what about the whole year what will i do?
We would like to clarify that AI Model Generation is not included under unlimited usage, and this applies to all account types.
As outlined in the D5 Render user manual, AI generation features are governed by a credit-based system, even for upgraded plans. This means that while your subscription may unlock additional features and higher limits, AI generation itself remains subject to the credits you’ve allocated, not offering unlimited access.

Good day, I just run out on picture to 3D generation credits and went through the procedure to gain additional credits. After searching on the net i realized that this wouldn’t be a quick procedure - with a waiting time of 4 or more days… I understand that you do not offer unlimited access - but it would be nice to be able to at least purchase such credits. My project is current … is there any way to communicate with someone to get a timeline when i might receive additional credits ?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The waiting time is typically a maximum of 7 working days, but we make an effort to approve credit requests every day. In the meantime, please check to see if you have already received the credits.
