AI Functions Disabled?

Hello!

I have been using D5 for a few months now, and have had almost no issues so far. However, today all of the AI features (primarily post processing), are suddenly no longer available? It appears as though they are greyed out and unclickable, despite having a Pro account and using these features just a few days prior. All AI features are appearing the same way.

I am currently on D5 2.10.2, due to an issue I had with the UI in 2.11 (see previous post). Any help would be appreciated!

Update: Updated to 3.0, still no change in the AI functionality. Tried different networks, Wi-Fi vs Ethernet, VPN on and off, restarts, still nothing.

Hi @corlandolucas You need to save your D5 file once to enable AI post-processing. Please try a different internet connection, perhaps your mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists. Apologies for the inconvenience.
