AI Feature not working

Hi,

We are currently using version 2.11.1. But the AI feature is not functioning.
We have already received and applied the whitelist as instructed, however the issue persists and the AI feasure still does not work.

Additionally, we are experienceing another issue where prestest cannot be saved.
Could this be related to the AI feature not working?

Please let us know if there are any additional setting, permissions, or know issures we should check.

I just upgraded to 3.0.1. When I use AI Post-Processing, I get a warning message saying “Not found.”

Similarly, the preset save problem may be related to workspace permissions or cloud syncing.

  1. A screenshot of the exact error message you see when using AI Post-Processing.
  2. Whether the AI issue occurs with all AI tools (Enhance, Style Transfer, Inpainting) or only specific ones.
  3. Your network environment (home, office firewall, VPN) and whether you’ve tried a different network.
  4. The exact point when preset saving fails and the location of your workspace folder.
  5. Whether other Studio panel presets save normally.

Due to the company’s security policy, I can’t upload images, so I can’t provide a screenshot, but email is possible.
No AI tools are being used. Ah, AI Atmosphere Match works.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to test it on other networks.
As for presets, I’ve tested them in several places like Team Space and My Space, but they are not saving.
Neither scene presets nor scatter presets are saving.
Adding materials or objects to the team does work.
