- Please try to set the Time Zone to Automatic and Enable Sync Now in Additional Settings
- If this does not work, you may need to whitelist our IPs, I’ll send it to you via Direct Message if the first method does not solve the issue.

I am also having a similar problem. Similar problems have been reported by users in previous topics. I am connecting from the office server, but we do not use any firewall software other than Windows’ default security applications. I synchronized the date and time settings as you said, but the problem still continues.
