About a year ago, I started working on a project in D5 that has been on standby. Today, I reopened the file to continue working on it and attempted to use the AI Enhancer feature, but it is not working.
To troubleshoot, I opened a more recent project created with the current version of D5, and the AI Enhancer works perfectly there. It seems the issue only occurs with the older project file.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to get the AI Enhancer working with my older project.
Normally, I don’t use the outline effect at all. However, just a few minutes ago, I discovered something interesting: when I redirect the output path of my render image to the desktop, the AI Enhance feature works perfectly.
By contrast, when I save my D5 renders directly to our server, the AI Enhance does not function as expected.
This behavior seems to be path-related. I thought it might be helpful to report this in case it’s a bug or compatibility issue.
Is not a cloud storage for sure. I am currently working fine, saving my renders on the desktop allows me to use the ai enhance, which is good. Is not the end of the world. Hopefully is going to be fine on the next update.
