Adding/editing material

Hi all,
This may be a silly question. I’m a C4D user new to D5.
I am trying to move from Lumion to D5 and was wondering how can I edit materials on an object I import into a scene. For example I imported a table which I exported from C4D as a .d5a with materials. I am attempting to edit the material by adding a refelection to the table top etc

Is this possible in D5?

Hi, please use the hotkey “I” to select the material and then you can edit it.
