I cannot use my account because as soon as i log in it logs out right away. I already unbinded all the machine which is also the same machine i am using now.

When did this issue occur? After an update? Let me know.
- Have you tried connecting to another network, perhaps a mobile data just to see if the issue persists? Or even using a VPN?
- Which region are you from? And What’s your email address?
- Please generate a log file, then send it to me
hi! sorry the post was just approved today but it has been resolved few days ago.
I was told to delete cid.dat file and it worked like a charm
