After I’ve paid a Professional Plan ($360.00) on 2023/11/01 and the plan said is valid until 2024/11/01 I can not access to D5 Pro Assets, How can I resolve this issue?

How long has this issue been occurring? What version of D5 are you currently using? Have you checked your network speed or restarted your router? Did the issue look like the images attached?
