I deleted the data by mistake, and since I deleted it from the recycle bin as well, I am unable to recover it.
If you have a backup, I would like to know how to retrieve it.

I deleted the data file so I can’t open the data in the first place.
What should I do if the “View history version” feature is not available?
Can you tell us exactly what you deleted? Did you delete the whole folder, or did you click clear date, or did you delete a specific file?
I deleted the data, folder by folder.
Can you retrieve what you deleted from your computer’s recycle bin? Is there anything left inside your folder? If you have anything left inside your folder, could you show me a screenshot?
