3dsmax converter dll error

I’ve just installed the D5 converter for 3dsmax 2023 but get an error when I open 3dsmax. I tried to reinstall , reboot, etc but nothing works. The D5 software runs fine but can’t use the 3dsmax converter.

I use 3dsmax 2023 .2.2 Update with vray 6 Hotfix 3

My pc:

Solved, for some reason 3dmax fails if you select spanish in the 3dsmax conversor installer. I’ve reinstalled it selecting english and now it works fine.
