3dConnexion Spacemouse - disconnects modeling software to only work in D5?

This happens both Sketchup and Rhino. All modeling software and D5 are up to date.
The SpaceMouse suddenly stopped working, and I thought something was wrong with the mouse. However, when I open D5, it works just fine in D5. However, it won’t work in the modeling software even after D5 is closed (it didn’t work before D5 was open, either)

Inside Rhino, I can open 3dConnextino property by clicking the button on the mouse, and it seems it is connected to the software. However, it won’t work to navigate in the modeling software.

Calibrate didn’t work, either.

Update.
It now works after restarting the computer. It would be a hassle to restart the computer every time this happens. I wonder D5 team has encountered this issue?

Hi @bcsadmin

Please check if you’re using the latest version of the device’s drivers.

So, basically, this issue is only evident in other software such as Rhino and SketchUp? And it is working normally with D5 Render.

  • Have you tried opening these software programs individually without any of them open at the same time? Are the results the same?
  • Have you tried contacting SketchUp and Rhino Support regarding this issue?

Thank you.
