Iam using sketchup connect to D5 render, on my 2nd open to skp file and coonecting to D5 render all objects downloaded from 3D warehouse disappeared in D5 project file
Please D5 team your help in fixing this problem will avoid me remodeling the objects in sketchup, i have a deadline to submit the rendering and realy this problem disapointing.
Hi, have you seen if they are in the list of D5 objects, usually it can happen that there are but they are positioned differently. If they are on the list, click on them and see on the drop-down menu on your right. If the object’s properties appear, perhaps the Z coordinate is different from the positioning given to it.
Hello, sorry for your issue. As riccardofortelli said, could you find the names of these objects on the left menu? If you could see them, please try to click “Z” to check whether you can find them. By the way, if assets from the 3D Warehouse you are using are grouped, attempt to ungroup them and try again.
Also, please tell me did you use the sync plugin or import your SU file directly.
Hi, unfortunatlly all Sketchup Objects importing as one object ( modeled & downloaded from 3D Warehouse) , I’m useing the D5 Convertor the sync pugin, I’ve more objects to download from 3D Warehouse ), still having the problem, as a temporary solution i’m covrting the missing obects to saperate SKP model and importing them one by one to my D5 project but the inserted object have proplem with cordination, i have to move & rotate them to locate in the right position,
