d5a&fbx → import : not 3d grass & not 3d grass scatter
The file I imported doesn’t reflect the 3d lawn, so why is that?
p/s: Modelling during impact 1mm of shoulder, grass is normally expressed
For now, I don’t know other than this way, but is there any other way?
Face or axis is normal
p/s: If you put a shoulder on the surface of the object, the 3d basic lawn will be created, but the scatted lawn will be turned over. (In the modeling, all sides and axes are normal)
p/s : If you flip the settlement side of the object and turn over the d5render, the grass or scatter will be normally expressed.
(But the problem is that it’s hard to work on Max if you turn the normal side upside down.)
Hi there, I apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried applying an Edit Mesh Modifier? Then, use the features in the Surface Properties rollout to change the directions in which the normals point.
All objects have normal faces and axes.
Rather, when the normal side of the cotton is reversed, the grass is expressed, and the normal side is flipped over.
Not only me, but other users also found the same symptoms.
Hi there. I apologize for the issue. I have recreated the problem using both the .d5a import and live sync plug-in, and the issue was evident in the d5a import, to which the normal map is flipped compared to the live sync. I have reported this issue to my team and will update you if there is any progress. I appreciate your understanding.
Update: This issue is currently known and we are working on fixing this issue which will then be released in subsequent updates (hotfix update). Thank you.
