Hi. I have installed 2.7 on my computer in two ways. First, I upgraded from 2.6 and the other method was by downloading the 2.7 setup. In both cases, it installed successfully and I saw the welcome screen. However, when I start a new scene, it crashes after loading up to almost 99 percent. I tried using my project files, but the same issue occurred. Please let me know what can be done. Please note that I am using a computer with good configuration.
64 gb ram
4080 graphic card.
Yes, I am using an i9-13900k, 3000 MHz processor, and an ASUS Z-790 A WIFI Motherboard. Following your guidance, I have updated the BIOS and restored it to default settings. However, the issue persists. The specific problem is that the software is successfully installing and displaying the welcome screen. Yet, when attempting to create a new scene or open any of my files, the scene loads up to 99 percent and then crashes, returning me to the welcome screen. Please advise on potential solutions and the underlying cause of this issue.
