Unfortunately 2.6.1 is not working for me. When I click on “New” or “Open”, all I get is a grey screen that says “initializing, please wait” and that’s all it does.
My machine is powerful enough. 16 core Intel CPU, 4090 GTX.
All my other content creation programs work fine with no problems so I know it’s not a machine issue. Possibly a driver problem?? I’m using nVidia’s latest studio driver 551.xxx.
Anyone else have this issue who can offer up a solution?

sorry for this issue. Please tell me your current Windows version. Your driver version is very up-to-date, while to run D5 properly, the computer system version needs to match the driver version.
The same thing is happening to me, I have tried to delete and re download, re start my PC etc. But it is stuck at initializing after 30 + minutes. I have a top of the line build:
Processor Intel(R) Core™ i9-14900K 3.20 GHz
Installed RAM 192 GB (192 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Nvidia 1070 .
Do all scenes or specific scenes have this issue?
Please tell me your current D5 Render version, Windows system version and graphics card driver version. You can check these info in Settings-About and D5 welcome page.
