2.4_cannot login to D5 render at start

suddenly today it was impossible to login when launching D5
did you change something in the network connections?

Hi mate, sorry for the late reply, we did not change network in this update. Maybe you can try turning off antivirus or firewall then check the result, because D5 is updated and maybe it was blocked by external software.
Also, please reboot the router or switch the network then check the result.
If the problem persists, please run D5 support tool then send us a log file.
