It’s very urgent, please help me out!!

Hi @max

What do you mean by “ESET (blocked all activities)”? Your firewall is blocking necessary installation process in D5?

Have you tried installing the full package? Download Package

Hi @Clov

Thanks for your reply.

The issue persists despite disabling all activities of the ESET Firewall during installation, and I have not observed any apparent blocking from it.

I attempted to install the full D5 package (version 2.11). While the files open and allow basic operation, the asset directory continues to cause issues. The directory can only be redirected through the launcher, which itself fails to open. Additionally, when attempting to update assets from previous versions, an error indicating “not enough space” appears.

To provide context, I am using a new PC that was delivered pre-installed. Initially, I tested all relevant software, including D5, and everything functioned correctly. Subsequently, I requested our IT provider to integrate the system into our security environment. They implemented several updates, including driver modifications. Since then, the D5 Launcher has failed to open, and the overall system performance has become somewhat sluggish.

I have attempted the solutions recommended in related forum threads without success. For the time being, I am running version 2.10, which functions without issues.

Hi @max

If you have time to test 2.11 again, please try or check the following:

If issue persists, please proceed:

  1. Check your regional format and try switching it to “English”

  2. If the issue still persists, please send me your launcher logs. You can enter %APPDATA% in Windows explorer, and find D5Launcher folder, then find ‘logs’ folder.
