2.10 -> normal maps shadows getting wrong

I am using the Grey herringbone tile here as an example in clay mode. I already adressed this issue about a year ago in the discord, it is still broken.

The issue: At the start the shadow is correct (from the normal map). But when I rotate the texture, for instance, 180 degrees, the shadows are displayed wrongly.

The issue can be seen in the video here, can be reproduced on any file. (HDRI and geo)

hi, i noticed this happen on 180degree rotation. for time being can u can set normal parameter in -1. here is sample.
