vectorworksからの同期でD5の設定がリセットされる

こんにちは。
現在vectorにD5のプラグインを入れているのですが、一度モデルを制作し色をつけたデータをD5へ飛ばしD5上でマテリアルなどを設定したうえで、vectorで変更を修正し再度同期すると設定したマテリアルがすべてなくなり元に戻ってしまいます。
変更した部分のみの同期などはないでしょうか。

May I know the VectorWorks Version and plug-in version you’re currently using?

  • Please ensure you’re using the latest version of our plug-in

  • Can you record a video of the process on your end so we can check?
  • Where are these files located? Are they stored in a cloud storage or a server path? If so, I highly suggests placing them purely in your local path then try again to check if the issue persists.

Can you resend the images that you have attached here?

  • Also please include the VW file that you have used, I want to test it on my end. You can generate a file link where the VW file is inside.
