Unable to open D5 render or D5 sync archicad

Issue Description: I recently downloaded D5 Render and the D5 Archicad Sync plugin, but I cannot open D5 Render properly or start the D5–ArchiCAD Sync. The D5 launcher opens, but the main program and sync connection do not start. I am still waiting for my educational license approval, so I’m unsure if that affects it. I already tried disabling my antivirus and firewall for private networks and restarted my router, but nothing helped. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Thanks for the details you provided. Based on what you shared, the main likely cause of the launch and sync issues is hardware incompatibility. Your Intel HD Graphics 620 does not meet D5 Render’s minimum GPU requirements (for example, Nvidia GTX 1060 or Intel Arc A3 and above). The software’s real-time ray-tracing engine (DXR) may therefore prevent it from fully launching.
